Registration

Joining Fee and Payment:
A registration fee of Rs 1000.00 per swimmer is payable annually in advance.

Monthly Fees and Payment:
Monthly fees are due by the 5th of each month.
Fees can be paid via Juice, bank transfer, or cash.
PLEASE ENSURE to include your unique customer code as a reference for all payments.

Termination of Lessons:
Should you wish to terminate your enrolment at SwimTime - A Calendar Month's Notice is required, in writing, before the 1st of the month. You will still be liable for the fees, in full, during your "Notice Period" ie. you will need to pay for the month in which you give notice.

Operating Schedule:
SwimTime operates year-round, thanks to our heated pool, which ensures a comfortable swimming experience in all seasons.

Please note the following closures:

December/January Break: The swim school will close for a period during the holiday season.
Easter Break: We will also close for a short duration over the Easter holiday.
July Closure: The school is closed for the entire month of July. No fees will be charged during this month of July.

Make-Up Lessons:
Missed, cancelled, or unattended lessons can not be refunded.
As a rule, make up lessons are not guaranteed and are provided purely at the discretion of the instructor, we will make every effort to provide make-up lessons when possible. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and scheduling.

Weather and Cancellations:
Lessons will be cancelled in the event of a cyclone class warning 2.
Lessons may also be cancelled due to bad weather or school closures.
Lessons missed due to these circumstances will not be refunded however wherever possible we will do our best make up missed lessons.

Public Holidays and Fees:
Lessons do not occur on public holidays, and fees remain unchanged.
Fees are based on a 48/52-week policy, which covers public holidays and pool closures.

Fee Structure:
Fees are payable from 1st August to 30th June annually. No exceptions will be made to the fee schedule. Fees are optional only for the month of July.

Holiday Period and Fees:
Full fees are payable for December and January, even if you are travelling. Lessons missed during these closures are balanced out by months with five weeks.

Fee Increases:
Fees will be subject to an annual increase every August

Saftey:
It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all siblings and friends visiting SwimTime/Ennoia to ensure that all children behave in a responsible manner. Please Kindly ensure the following; No running on the pool deck; interfering with lessons or the destruction of any property or facilities is allowed.

You agree that SwimTime may take and use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes on our official social media and website.

If you prefer your child not to appear, please notify us in writing at registration by email info@swimtime.club

Indemnity:
I confirm that I have read and understood the attached Indemnity Form and accept its terms on behalf of my child. By accepting, I agree to be legally bound by the form.

Medical Fitness & Emergency Consent

I confirm that I/my child am medically fit to participate in swimming activities, or that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions in writing to SwimTime prior to participation.

In the event of illness or injury, I authorise SwimTime Co Ltd to provide or arrange any necessary first aid or medical treatment and to contact my listed emergency contact.

Advance Payment Packages: Fees are non-refundable.
