Registration

Joining Fee and Payment:
A non-refundable annual registration fee of Rs 1,000.00 + vat per swimmer is payable in advance upon registration and annually thereafter when due. Registration secures the swimmer's place subject to availability.

Monthly fees are due and payable by the 5th of each month.

Payments may be made via Juice or bank transfer

Please ensure that your unique customer code is included as the payment reference for all payments.

Accounts not settled by the due date may result in lessons being suspended until the account has been brought up to date.

Late payment fees may apply

Termination of Lessons:
Should you wish to terminate your enrolment at SwimTime, one (1) calendar month's written notice is required. Notice must be received before the 1st day of the month in which you wish to commence your notice period.
Fees remain payable in full during the notice period. This means you will be responsible for payment for the month in which notice is given, regardless of attendance.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].

Operating Schedule:

SwimTime operates annually from August to June, with lessons conducted in our heated pool at Ennoia Sports Club, providing a comfortable swimming environment in all seasons.

Please note the following scheduled closures:

December/January Break: SwimTime will close for a period during the festive holiday season. Closure dates will be communicated in advance.
Easter Break: SwimTime will close for a short period over the Easter holiday. Closure dates will be communicated in advance.
July Closure: SwimTime is closed for the entire month of July. No monthly lesson fees are charged during July.

SwimTime reserves the right to amend its operating schedule or closure dates where necessary. Parents will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Make-Up Lessons:

Missed, cancelled or unattended lessons are not refundable.

While we will do our best to accommodate a make-up lesson whenever possible, make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are offered solely at the discretion of SwimTime Co Ltd, subject to availability and scheduling.

Approved make-up lessons must be used within 30 days of the missed lesson, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits.

Weather and Cancellations:

Lessons will be cancelled in the event of a Cyclone Class II warning or higher, or where lessons cannot safely proceed due to adverse weather, pool closures, government directives, or circumstances beyond SwimTime's reasonable control.

Lessons missed due to these circumstances are not refundable. However, wherever possible, SwimTime will do its best to provide a make-up lesson, subject to availability.

Public Holidays and Fees:
Lessons do not take place on public holidays, and monthly fees remain unchanged. Monthly fees are calculated across the annual SwimTime programme rather than the number of lessons in any particular month.

Fee Structure:

Monthly fees are payable from 1st August to 30th June each year. No monthly lesson fees are charged during July, as this is SwimTime's annual closure.

No exceptions will be made to the fee schedule unless agreed to in writing by SwimTime Co Ltd.

Holiday Period and Fees:

Full monthly fees remain payable during school holidays, even if you are travelling or unable to attend lessons.

Monthly fees are calculated across the annual SwimTime programme rather than the number of lessons attended in any particular month. Months with fewer lessons are balanced by months that include additional teaching weeks.

Fee Increases:
SwimTime Co Ltd reserves the right to review and increase its fees from time to time. Parents will be notified in advance of any changes.

Safety:
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of all siblings and visitors attending SwimTime at Ennoia Sports Club. Please ensure there is no running on the pool deck, no interference with lessons, and no damage to property or facilities. Children may not enter the pool unless under the direct supervision of a SwimTime coach.

Photography & Video Consent:
You agree that SwimTime Co Ltd may take and use photographs or videos of your child for promotional and marketing purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other SwimTime publications.

If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify SwimTime in writing by emailing [email protected].

Indemnity:
I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the SwimTime Co Ltd Indemnity Form. By accepting this declaration, I agree to be legally bound by its terms. If enrolling a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept the Indemnity Form on the minor's behalf.

Medical Fitness & Emergency Consent:

I confirm that I am medically fit to participate, or, if enrolling a minor, that my child is medically fit to participate in swimming activities, or that all relevant medical conditions have been disclosed to SwimTime Co Ltd.

In the event of illness or injury, I authorise SwimTime Co Ltd to administer or arrange appropriate first aid or emergency medical treatment and to contact my emergency contact if required.

Advance payment packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Behaviour:
SwimTime Co Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate lessons where a swimmer or parent behaves in a disruptive, abusive or unsafe manner.
